We understand that the purchase of a computer system is an investment, so Systems Plus supports your system purchase with a one-year parts and labor warranty (up to two additional years may be purchased for $100 per year).

Our friendly, professional, and qualified technicians will do everything in their power to make having your computer or network serviced a positive experience. This means speaking in non-technical, easy-to-understand terms and explaining to you exactly what’s wrong and what your options and estimated costs are. It also means taking whatever extra steps are necessary to make sure you are completely satisfied with our service.

Systems Plus does not end its service at the installation. We are by each client's side long after the installation is finished. If there are questions, we will be there to answer them.

On-Site Service
Our friendly, expert technicians will come to your location to help analyze, remedy or upgrade your current system, from a stand-alone home PC to a whole office of networked machines. We cover the entire Springfield area, including Nixa, Ozark, Willard, and Republic.

Local and Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN)
Systems Plus helps keep your business connected. From small work groups or a growing business to a multi-location enterprise, our friendly Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers will help you make sure the important information is being shared by the employees and customers who need it.

Convenient Drop-Off Service
We operate a retail store at 851 South Glenstone, and our customers are welcome to stop in and drop off their PCs for repair, upgrade, troubleshooting, or other services.

Rates
Service is charged at the rate of $60/hour when the work is performed at our Glenstone location (laptops are serviced for $80/hour). We charge $85 an hour (plus milage) for basic service at your site, and $125, and up, an hour for NT or Cisco work.
